We have represented the same brands for more than 25 years and take pride in building these brands from introduction to the level that they enjoy today and we believe strongly in loyalty and dedication to both our customers and our brands.

BRAND STRATEGY - What is your brands objective and can we help you meet them?
Molloy Agencies has many years of experience of introducing new brands to the UK. We are careful and cautious who we work with and why because unless we are confident we can meet your objectives then it will not work for either of us. We do not “collect” brands and work only with brands that share our values of quality and service to the retailers.
When we agree a partnership we will build a strategy and a plan to launch and market your brand to our extensive retailer portfolio and put all our experience and energy into achieving success for us both. We can advise on all parts of the process from design elements that will attract UK buyers to marketing, POS and who to administer your business in the UK.
RETAIL STRATEGY - We believe our role with our retailers has two key aspects.
Firstly we must know our market and our retailers – we must understand what works and why then its our job to find or adapt brands that will meet those demands. Equally we should always be looking to innovate and to bring new products that our experience tells us provides potential for the retailers. We need to understand the local market and judge the correct location for brands and new accounts to ensure a balance that works for the stores and the brands.
Secondly its our role to present the brands we represent in the best way possible for them and for our retailers – our objectives are great sell throughs as that means success for the store and positive feedback and hopefully increased orders going forward. We also have to provide the link between the brands and the retailers in terms of questions or issues on sales, admin, finance and all other aspects to ensure the business runs smoothly for all parties.
